Officially cleaned out!! No bowl, no flower, a couple edibles that I'm dumping on a friend tomorrow. Quitting marijuana is taking total concentration/dedication
Whadduppp!!! Cathy is about to start her quitting journey and shares the negative aspects of her smoking habit/addiction via email, I read it here and also talk about saying no to a friend and the plans to get rid off EVERYTHING from my house!
No idea! Just ice 'em? Say no and actually mean it? How does it all turn out? Quitting marijuana has many layers.... shoot me an email [email protected], going to be releasing some listener stories tomorrow.
Hi everyone, sure enough I was on cloud 9 kicking ass and taking names until a coworker whom I respect greatly and enjoy being around asked to hang out and burn. From there it was a downhill slide, then I lost out an amazing opportunity during the relapse and it hurt me bad. The slide took me deep enough to where I haven't dreamed in several days so I know it's been a total THC reset. :( Nothing to do but pick myself back up and get after it again. Devil's got me in his grip but the lord will pull me out
Whether it's quitting weed or chasing dreams (which probably need you to stop smoking in order to be realized) sometimes you just need a pick-me-up or a kick in the ass. In this episode I share where I got some motivation today and what I'm moving towards. shoot me an email at [email protected], would love to hear from you either a symptom of withdrawal or a positive effect from quitting, or even your whole story man we are all in this together.
Quitting weed is different for everyone, but for me it has been a rocky road. I'm finding that change is gradual, and the graph looks like the stock market. The long-term trend is positive, but the day-to-day is up and down. Getting out of bed at 4am is getting easier and easier, adding a new routine (meditating) has been spotty. Just gotta keep plugging away at it, trusting the process, and sooner or later it will pay off.
What's good everybody you workin' hard or hardly working? Average people produce average results and if you do what the average person is doing, you'll reap the average outcome.
WARNING: Some background noise in the beginning but it's gone by the 3min mark
Hi everyone! My extended family is out of the blue selling my grandmother's farm RIGHT NOW and there is a lot of drama over it. I've always wanted to purchase it and live to be an old man there so last night I was up pretty late. Finally got one of Daria's audio messages edited and ready to go! It feels so good to know other people are going through this same battle and her life is such an adventure, I could listen to her talk all day. She sent this one to me after listening to Marty's story so it's a few days old. This might be your favorite episode because I don't talk at all lol, will be dropping her most recent update soon!
Reach out any time at [email protected], typing your story is totally fine too. We are all in this together! I have managed to put together a 4 day streak of being clean and now am closing in on Friday. It ain't easy, but nothing worth doing is. Peace and love y'all
Made it through Monday clean, and now made it through Tuesday clean! Woo wooo, that's the pain train comin' through! Don't know why I'm so juiced up lol it's late maybe I've passed the tired stage and gone into the delirious. It's either that or the venison! Would love to hear from you, stories about dumb things you did while high or your reasons to quit or the symptoms/side effects you've experienced while trying to quit. Shoot me an email at [email protected]. Cheers!
Sorry it's been a while everyone, computer finally bit the dust (got my laptop in 2012) while I was in North Carolina and had to go to the shop. Wish it hadn't, doing this podcast definitely helps hold me accountable. Lots of F-bombs in this one so cover your baby's ears...

I'm 35 years old and have been smoking pot for the last 12 years. The last 8 years or so I have been a daily smoker. Marijuana is my source of guilt/shame and I have tried to quit multiple times in…
