Man the whole world is wild about weed! Family, friends.... So funny because the challenge of quitting just keeps getting harder, but I'll tell you what the benefits just keep rolling in. I'm more articulate, higher quality sleep (dreams haven't been nightmares any more tg) and day 4 or 5 based on my own experiences as well as what you listeners have sent me are the worst in terms of attitude/being grouchy. Thankfully it was day 3/4 this time around because today I was pretty chipper even without meditating. Listened to Les Brown, and just honestly felt better about myself for staying true to what I believe and actually putting some work into those things.
