Quitting weed is different for everyone, but for me it has been a rocky road.  I'm finding that change is gradual, and the graph looks like the stock market.  The long-term trend is positive, but the day-to-day is up and down.  Getting out of bed at 4am is getting easier and easier, adding a new routine (meditating) has been spotty.  Just gotta keep plugging away at it, trusting the process, and sooner or later it will pay off.  

What's good everybody you workin' hard or hardly working?  Average people produce average results and if you do what the average person is doing, you'll reap the average outcome.

Hi everyone!  My extended family is out of the blue selling my grandmother's farm RIGHT NOW and there is a lot of drama over it.  I've always wanted to purchase it and live to be an old man there so last night I was up pretty late.  Finally got one of Daria's audio messages edited and ready to go!  It feels so good to know other people are going through this same battle and her life is such an adventure, I could listen to her talk all day.   She sent this one to me after listening to Marty's story so it's a few days old.  This might be your favorite episode because I don't talk at all lol, will be dropping her most recent update soon!

Sorry it's been a while everyone, computer finally bit the dust (got my laptop in 2012) while I was in North Carolina and had to go to the shop.  Wish it hadn't, doing this podcast definitely helps hold me accountable.  Lots of  F-bombs in this one so cover your baby's ears...

Quitting marijuana is like trying to walk away from a bad penny, it just keeps turning back up.  Marty is the man!  Not afraid to face the demons and not willing to surrender.  Keep that flame burning brother you are the light for your family.

Quitting marijuana is not for the faint of heart but that definition definitely does not apply to Daria!  She's traveled the world, loved and lost, and I'm super grateful she took the time to share her story with us.  I went ice fishing yesterday and got off my morning routine, subsequently fucked up that evening , but dropping this episode and making another mark on the calendar convinces me today is a new day.  Enjoy!
