This is a personal file that follows the steps of Patrick Bet-David and Steve Harvey.  PBD says accumulating emotional memories to add impact to your affirmations. Steve Harvey says write the vision and make it plain.  Both are tied to God.  I'd encourage you to do the same!  I'm back to meditating an  hour in the morning then doing 20 minutes of yoga.  30 day goal-  no porn, no smoking, meditate every day.  I'll be listening to this episode every morning on the treadmill as I walk a few minutes to wake up before starting to meditate.  Happy New Year everyone!  

Good to be back with you, I completed a 3 day fast and that is sort of the focus of this podcast.  I did not mention but the physical effects were very good, I lost weight and my aches and pains started disappearing at hr 52.  I also cut out water for 24 hours in the middle and that wasn't as bad as I thought, but it took me way longer to rehydrate than I expected.  For 3 days after the fast was over I would get dehydrated after eating a meal.  Curious!  Like, peeing clear before the meal then after the meal it would be dark yellow.  Overall it was a good experience and I'd like to do it again but this time cut out the water for 36 hours.  

In this episode we look into the book of Romans to better understand the weakness of the flesh compared to the righteousness of the Spirit.

I mentioned last episode that I was going to be hosting meetings for folks who want to talk about quitting, I'd like to hold off on that until after I get back from this family vacation.  I suspect they will be evenings at 8pm EST, but I'll talk about all the Zoom info (login, meeting ID, etc) in the actual podcast so AI or other such devious computer folks will have more trouble figuring it out and hacking in.  Talk to you later!  

Hi everyone, it's good to be back.  I'm going to start hosting meetings for anyone interested in Zooming in to talk about sobriety.  They won't be in the AA format but I'll describe all of that in detail on the next episode.  I won't record them unless people consent to that, and will still be dropping regular episodes.  Happy Independence Day.
