Good to be back with you, I completed a 3 day fast and that is sort of the focus of this podcast. I did not mention but the physical effects were very good, I lost weight and my aches and pains started disappearing at hr 52. I also cut out water for 24 hours in the middle and that wasn't as bad as I thought, but it took me way longer to rehydrate than I expected. For 3 days after the fast was over I would get dehydrated after eating a meal. Curious! Like, peeing clear before the meal then after the meal it would be dark yellow. Overall it was a good experience and I'd like to do it again but this time cut out the water for 36 hours.
