This girl is amazing, she has seen and done so much and she is so mature in her faith. We're going to do another episode on God and all the grace he has shown us, she is a prayer warrior. No intro/outro on this episode, we just get right into the conversation. If you're interested in coming on and sharing your story shoot me an email at [email protected].
Work conflict, temptations to smoke with brother, eating fiber, reasons to scout int he winter/early spring. Another "Conversation about Quitting" has been lined up! March 18th we're going to talk shop, if you'd like to have an anonymous convo about what weed has done to your life and why you're trying to quit/have quit let me know at [email protected]
Hi everybody! Sent out a mass email asking for what they hate most about this podcast/me and actually got a few responses! Much love to everyone who replied, hopefully this new format will strike you in the right place. See you on the other side
Have not kept up on my meditating and man I can really feel it. About 2/3rds of the way in on this episode I discuss a virtual MA meeting I attended on Sunday evening. Hope all is well everybody
Totally upfront here, I spend the first half talking about the state of the world and some prepping. I have been following global affairs closely the past few months and even closer the last few weeks. It is getting serious and escalating rapidly. If you don't know what the World Economic Forum is, you should check that out. And if you don't already know the WEF, you are probably not the type of person who wants to listen to this chunk. However, we do have Pastor Steve at the end of this one!!! Much love everybody. Still listening to motivational talks on my way to work, and I forgot to mention in the podcast that the day I cracked was the day I didn't meditate. I forgot I was waking up early because meditating was NOT an option, so if I sleep in something else has to go, not the meditating. Haven't missed a session since.
I don't think there's any debate, this is probably the best episode to ever be released on the Quitting Marijuana Podcast. Allan really brings it all to the table for our conversation and I'm stoked to be able to help him share his journey. He's over 30 days sober and still counting! Much love to Allan and all the rest of you.
Quitting marijuana is a journey AWAY from past behaviors generated by a weak, heavy mind that requires conscious and intentional action to develop a new mentality.
What fires you up? Is it church, sports figures, philosophers? I (and the rest of us!) want more resources to choose from, more positivity to replace the trash that I was allowing into my head. We've got a global audience here and you could help tip the balance out for someone. Send me an email at [email protected] and let the word get out!
Multiple computer issues on this podcast combined with my own ineptitude. If you have a story to share, send it to [email protected], I am just some random dude trying to do a good thing and your stories don't go any farther than this. Try to include 1 reason why you like smoking, 1 reason why you hate smoking, and maybe a quick bit on what propelled you to quit. Even better if you've been sober for a while, some of the ways you have stayed away from it! Much love everybody.
Nightmares are back but still clean! Great message from Jamie, she is an awesome woman.

I'm 35 years old and have been smoking pot for the last 12 years. The last 8 years or so I have been a daily smoker. Marijuana is my source of guilt/shame and I have tried to quit multiple times in…
