Rainbow Raaja explores the perspective of nurturing yourself as a mother would; the deep healing and compassion that can arise through seeing yourself through a mother's eyes.  She talks out the process of this practice and demonstrates the practice in a vulnerable and raw take.  This practice provides a moment of self reflection from a different perspective.  It can be heartwarming and teary eyed when you cultivate that kind of love and forgiveness for yourself.
