Rainbows Rising

Nalinee Diosara (a past guest on the show Episode :Conduit of Love and Light:) and Rainbow Raaja recorded two ceremonial lightcode singing sessions where they held space for their guides to connect and share healing with future listeners.  They were intuitive and improvisational.  One was held during an Lion's Gate Portal and one was a Cacao Ceremony on a Full Moon.  Set your intention to receive what you need most in this moment and keep an open mind.

Please do not listen to these tracks while driving as they induce an altered state of awareness.

Being raised within a specific belief system or religion can sometimes feel limiting and condemning.  Especially when your questions are met with skepticism from the very institution that is meant to bring comfort and provide security.  Reverend Valerie Austin shares her spiritual journey of finding her own faith beyond the Church.  Rev Valerie talks about her relationship to God and how she found there was more opportunity through self discovery than she was led to believe.  A powerful and insightful interview exploring these taboo topics --- for those who have been rejected by the church, seeking a new faith, or are questioning the religion they currently follow.

Belief is such a complex concept, it can apply to how we view ourselves and how we view the world or what we believe our existence to be.  Due to this, our beliefs shape our reality.  Are you feeding beliefs that give you power or prejudice?   Rainbow Raaja gives a Reading to discover what Power your Beliefs give you and which Beliefs are a Detriment to you.  She also offers a free Light Language activation at the end to break down limiting belief systems, opening your heart and mind to new expansive belief systems to support your growth and to break toxic belief patterns.

Happy 1 year anniversary of Rainbows Rising!!!!  Thank you for your support this past year and for tuning in weekly and doing the work.

This month we are talking about belief patterns and systems and how they impact us on a deeper level.  Rainbow Raaja shares some personal stories of how she has changed her own personal belief patterns about how she views herself, relationships, friendships, money and more and how those shifts reflected into her personal life.  It is important to remember we become what we believe and sometimes subconscious belief systems about love or money can become self sabotaging in our efforts to attract what we really desire.

RAINBOW RAAJA WILL BE TAKING A ONE WEEK BREAK FROM ALL WORK.  Next episode will be launched Sept 22.

In celebration of next week's guest Steven Halpern, I offer an acapella "Soul Song".  Tapping into my own altered state, I tune into flow and allow my heart's song to come forth and take whatever form it wants.  I talk a bit about how you can cultivate your own soul song and find your voice, even if you feel you can't sing (cause believe me, I can't sing either...  I demonstrate that at the end of this episode as well).  A super relaxing episode with just some calming sound therapy and light code activations to give you a taste of an altered state of being.

As requested, this week we will be diving deeper into breathwork.  In this episode I guide you through 2 beginner breathwork practices to clear your energy body and expand your awareness.  Using Hara Breathing and Ujjayi, you can create a state of wellness and calm during any point of your day.  The last breathing practice Holotropic Breathing should be explored with an experienced Breathing Coach, as this is a more advanced breathing practice that may cause light headedness and uncontrolled body reactions.  Nonetheless, these breathing practices can be mood enhancing and help shift your mindset should you find yourself overwhelmed, confused, unfocused or upset.
