I'm often asked about my thoughts regarding raising children in times like these and, while I think my children's generation has some serious and unique challenges, I'm hopeful for them and how they will rise up in the face of those challenges.

Today, I am joined by my oldest son, Brecken, to talk a bit about our relationship, the challenges our youth face, and I ask him questions from our Facebook group members about his own personal fitness journey including motivation, accountability, and discipline.
