Live while you’re still young is a phrase we all know too well. But that’s exactly what 20-year-old Rajah Caruth did when he was 16. He always knew that he wanted to be a racecar driver, and even as he blended in the busy streets of Washington, D.C., he is now crowned as one of the youngest semi-professional racers in NASCAR.
It can be hard to start facing real-world challenges at a young age. This is why Rajah is here to share his experience of working longer hours, staying in school with a 4.0 GPA, being in NASCAR, and being away from home. He learns the value of hard work, time management, waiting for the right opportunity, and never giving up. And he’s here to share with you all how he went from 4.0 to NASCAR semi-pro.
Here’s what went down in this episode: How his family supported his dreams to become a NASCAR racer How he started his love for cars and racing How he presented himself to qualify for NASCAR without any professional experience or training What life is like for a 20-year-old college student and NASCAR racer How he handled time management and his mental health at the beginning of his career Where to find Rajah: Website Instagram Twitter Other references and links mentioned: REISkip
