I toured over to my friend Aaron Traffas' farm to see some of the things he has cooking on the other side of the county, and we spent some time in his studio having this awesome conversation that you don't want to miss!
Aaron gets me talking about a number of things including fake meat, soil health and the future of food systems. He's also a talented musician and since day one has been a supporter.
