On today’s episode boo, we are talking about a mindset that I think can be hella powerful. It’s all about visualizing a future version of yourself to help us keep showing up even when we don’t feel motivated.

Cuz let’s be real, sometimes we aren’t gonna feel motivated to do the things we need to do. But I personally use this mindset and it has helped me keep going in my fitness journey, it gave me fuel to move out of the bay area. And I hope that this mindset and this episode can help you in your journey.
