The series runs on *ba dum tiss* for our ranking of the greatest Arizona State Sun Devils running backs, this time taking a wide scope of the pre-2000s era, and my goodness was it hard to come through this list. The pre-2000s for Arizona State Sun Devils football was ripe with running back talents like the greats Woody Green and Wilford "Whizzer" White, as well as other studs like J.R. Redmond, Freddie Williams, Art Malone, and Darryl Clack (definitely not Clark). It was very difficult to narrow it down to who was the best here, believe it or not, but that's what we were able to do on this edition of the Locked On Sun Devils podcast.
