With Nicole off on a well-earned vacation, Rich is joined by his longtime radio pal Niko for a dad-filled takeover of the pod. The two kick things off reminiscing about becoming dads around the same time, how their crew first came together, and the wild ride from those early days to now.

Niko also shares a bizarre tangent into “conception photography” (you’ve been warned), and the guys commiserate over the looming question every parent is asking right now: what the heck are we doing with these kids all summer? From the idea of sleepaway camps to letting the kids make their own summer bucket lists, the panic is real, but at least they’re in it together.
