He is dedicated to improving educational outcomes for all students. He is passionate about promoting professional growth through instructional rounds and individual teacher coaching.
Ray has a clear vision for his school and targets professional learning where it matters most— on curriculum and assessment. He leads by example, committed to enhancing educational opportunities for all students.
