How do you become the CEO? Every company is different, but Ray has a unique story of the interesting trails that led him to CEO of Lone Peak Dental Services. 

He started as a dental assistant in the army, then after finishing university, went to Heartland Dental Care where he worked his way from the front desk to a regional director of operations. After that he took a small break from dental where he tried his hand owning at a high-end retail bicycle shop, but realized he turned his fun hobby into a not so fun job. 

So he sold the bike shop in order to became COO of DecisionOne Dental, which eventually led him to his current position as CEO of Lone Peak Dental which is in 15 states and rapidly growing.
