The Tampa Bay Rays have come to an agreement with eight out of ten players that are arbitration eligible for the 2024 season. the only players that did not come to an agreement with the team were RHP Jason Adam and DH Harold Ramirez. According to ESPN’s Jeff Passan, Harold Ramirez has filed for $4.3 million, while the Rays countered at $3.8 million, and Jason Adam has filed for $3.25 million, while the Rays offered $2.75 million. During arbitration hearings, it's an either/or situation, where the amount picked is either of the 2 options, not somewhere in the middle.
