The Tampa Bay Rays were had a statement series against the Seattle Mariners during the weekend, taking 3 of 4 from the hot AL West squad. The Rays dropped the first game on Thursday 1-0, but came back in impressive fashion to win the next three, including a nail biting game on Saturday concluding on a walk-off victory behind a Yandy Diaz home run. The Rays will now travel to Minnesota where they will face the leader of the weak AL Central before meeting their AL East foes, the Baltimore Orioles.
