UNC football wide receiver Tez Walker was declared eligible by the NCAA, and will now be immediately able to play for the North Carolina Tar Heels. Tim Donnelly said that the finger pointing will continue between North Carolina and the NCAA, but the focus from both sides should've been to work together to do what's best for Tez Walker.
