Inflation is a problem that is 2000 years old. There has never been a fiat currency in the history of the world that has not gone to zero. That is the bad news; the good news is that there is a clear track record on how to thrive in an inflationary environment. Here is the game plan; buy cash flowing hard assets with other people's money and rinse and repeat.

Inflationary cycles used to only be triggered by wars because governments had to answer the question: How do we pay for this war. Now any emergency qualifies as a reason to increase governments spending. Knowing this what are the strategies to do something about it. That is what we will be discussing on this podcast.
