Tadela, a virtual wholesaler, found herself facing a layoff due to the impact of COVID. Her initial attempt at traditional, in-person wholesaling in Las Vegas proved challenging. Focusing on virtual wholesaling exclusively became her pivot, and the results were remarkable – securing her first deal in just three days and closing a total of six deals within the month. Brian also shared his virtual wholesaling experience, highlighting challenges faced in California.

Tadela emphasized the importance of thorough market knowledge for virtual wholesalers, cautioning against the mistake of neglecting in-depth understanding. She advised working in non-disclosure states to overcome hurdles in obtaining comparable property values.

After relocating to Cleveland, Ohio, Tadela delved into real estate, acquiring 18 properties, predominantly distressed. Although her initial plan to retain them as rentals encountered challenges, she was able to successfully wholesale 16 of the properties, realizing a profit of $18k.

Adapting to change, Tadela explored new business models, integrating her virtual real estate expertise with land deals. Documenting her journey on social media, she ventured into helping others navigate the world of virtual wholesaling. Tadi’s been successful in her organic marketing and is now looking to other digital marketing strategies as well. Brian and Tadi discuss how organic marketing is more fun and you get better leads than other paid marketing strategies.Despite acknowledging her tendency towards Shiny Object Syndrome, Tadela has found success in most of her pursuits. She is trying to stay focused this year to grow her current ambitions to fund her later ones.
