What I discovered with myself as a real estate agent twenty two years in the business.
and and I found that I might have been. In at some points in my career really good it certain aspects of the business. And not really good at. Other aspects of the business. And I found that. I was constantly working really really hard I was constantly working hard hard hard and everything was.
Difficult all the time. And up until about four five years ago. And so twenty two years in business now. Up until about. Four five years ago all the sudden these light bulbs went on in my business just kind of all the sudden made sense everything just kind of made sense and I started to think about through training other realtors and stuff.
How to kind of break it down into to certain areas of the business and create almost like four columns of the business that you have to be good at. If you get it get get get it all for you are able to build your business with way less money. Way less advertising hold much money and you can save so much time, so much stress dealing with people you don’t like dealing with.
And the other part of stresses wondering where business is coming from.
Right. Do you agree with me on that.
And and I find that there’s a lot that either some realtors have lots of business and and it’s just frustrating because you look at these guys you go: Why do they have lots of business?
And they’re just they’re not very good realtors they’re just aggravating Realtors to deal with so they may be good a couple things but they’re not good at other things the other parts of their business they’re having to work on and it’s hard for them and they’re having difficulties in your challenges and so even though they may look like everything’s great there there’s extra stress going on there’s extra things not being you know they’re not well rounded.
For acts agents four dimensional four calls so I I’ve discovered as ways to kind of teach people to break their business up into four parts and when we get to the last two parts of the call if you get really good at that and you do that over time you do a really good job. That the first to you almost Become Non existant you almost don’t have to do as much Anymore so less time spent on these first two columns And the last two columns are really just about activities are costly speaking you money. And you don’t save much time money energy all are getting the activity to happen you just.
You just running your business and so then what happens is you start putting systems because start add people to that and plugging into the systems and also and you’ve got this little machine it just keeps going this machine just keeps on counted on itself in its fed by itself it’s a perpetual machine that feeds itself.
That in my mind, is the dream real estate business and I don’t know if you’ve ever thought of your business your real estate career as the building of a business I don’t ever thought of it that way. But you need to be thinking about on this is not about me this is about the systems and about what we can gets trained on 4X formula.
