Ok real quick, At the time of filming this video, we are in the middle of a CoronaVirus Pandemic so it seems to be more applicable today for everyone but my hope is that you implement this tactic into your life and make it a new habit so that when all of this is over you will be starting from a different platform. The danger in this whole thing is that we end up creating new habits that will actually work against us. Does that make sense?
