I'm always a big advocate for a second opinion and fighting for answers that go beyond medication when it come to your health. But there's just something that hits differently when you're in a paper gown in a cold office and your trying to get someone to listen to you. This past week I have never been so close to going off on a medical professional in my life. Not even when I was begging for an epidural so thats saying a lot. I get into it and also dive a LOT deeper into my feelings about the whole Bravo "Scadavol" and Raquel Leviss supposedly entering a metal health facility. ENJOY!

I have often been asked if it would bother me if my sons saw some of my previous photoshoots that tend to be on the sexier side. And my true answer to this is HELL NO. When I was younger I would always watch MTV's True Life series and there was one on having a sexy mom. But I wave that sexy mom flag proudly and so does my mom. But she didn't always feel that way. I sat down with her on the podcast to talk about her embracing her sexiness in her 50's and beyond.
And as a special treat my 7 year old Lyric makes his debut on the podcast to give a mini review of The Super Mario Brothers Movie! And he's actually pretty accurate in what he rates the movie, guess he learned a thing our two from Mommy.

Yes we all know that every parent has the whole guilt thing happening almost all the time. Its not lost on me that I'm not reinventing the wheel there. But I often use what I say into a mic to connect with other people so that I can self reflect, so that WE can self reflect together and eventually be better for it. So that's my little sappy way of saying that I love you guys for sticking around with me and hopefully this discussion of self guilt, wether you're a parent or not resonates with you. And reminds you that its time to give yourself a small break. Thanks for coming on this journey with me fam. #WeGotThis

This was by far one of the most important conversations I have ever had in my entire life. I was scared to do it because there once was a time that I knew in every fiber of my being that I would never share a mic with this person again. And that killed me.
When you share a show together, you share your lives together. The good, the bad, and the incredibly ugly wether you like it or not. With every exciting or devastating thing that happens they are the ones that hear it first and if your lucky, they stay in your corner though it all no matter what. Celebrating new relationships, mourning people you've lost, hearing you say "I Do", those first phone calls when life as it was is about to change forever. Triumphs, pitfalls, happiness, and everything in between. We went though it together in those four walls with the microphone, and in real life off the air. But after one moment in time, so much changed and shattered something I was once so very sure of. But if someone was once truly your friend, can that friendship survive the test of time? The test of pain and anger and come back stronger for it??? In this episode I got my answer. Thank you for listening my loves.

You guys came up with some REALLY great content for Ask Riley this week. Man ya'll make my job easy, or maybe harder depending on the doozy of a question. Either way I love you guys so damn much. We get into what I would change about myself, what a Listener Fam should to about reaching out to her birth mother, and wether or not I still speak to people who used to be close to me. ENJOY!

We all know that the whole friend or frenemie dance should be something that stays in the halls of your high school. But sadly it's something that has followed me through life, personally and professionally. I'm talking about what do do about AND I get into how frenemies use the art of the "read receipt" to get away with being an ass while playing the good guy.

This one may be a bit hard to listen to so I understand totally if you've lost a pet and you want to sit this one out. But for me, connecting with you guys and talking out the good And the bad times of life has been my constant for 20 years. So I felt it only right to honor my little Pink Pressley Couture in this way. Thank you for being here. It means more than you know.
