Singer D4VD (David Anthony Burke) is charged in the murder of Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Those charges are:

• 1st degree murder with special circumstances 
• Continuous lewd and licivious sexual acts with an individual under 14
• Multilating the remains of a human being. 

Her autopsy report should be out soon and a cause of death was able to be determined.
