Yuri Bukhenik - Mass State Police is still on cross examination. Mr Jackson starts questioning the integrity of the searches done at 34 Fairview that produced broken tail light pieces. It was never specified exactly where each piece was found. He also points out large pieces were missed when the witness last visited on Feb 10th, but Trooper Proctor found one the very next day and more later. He also questions who wrote the details on the evidence bags
 
Before lunch the defense has the witness read through flirty texts between Karen and Brian Higgins. Towards the end of the day, they revisit the Waterfall surveillance and end the day questioning the witness about Chloe and her rehoming.
