Past hurts and traumas can leave us feeling stuck and even trapped. In this video, I will share some personal stories from my past and how speaking up helped to create amends. Finding forgiveness, especially for ourselves, can be hard. Using herbs like Chamomile, Rose, and Tulsi can support us in relaxing so we can move into a space of healing. I will share my experience of working with Step 9 from the Alanon program and how making amends does not mean letting go of boundaries. Using flowers as guides, we can work through and process old wounds to get to a space of acceptance and serenity.
