Today we are excited to be joined by Makenna Damhorst who will be joining the gymnastics team at Penn next season. Makenna has a really unique story - she became a level 10 her senior year after dealing with some injuries, which made recruiting a bit of a challenge. She applied to a few schools, including UCLA where she was a member of the club gymnastics team and D1 rowing team. All the while she continued to work hard in the gym to learn new skills and will now get to achieve her ultimate goal of competing for a D1 gymnastics team in 2025 with Penn.
