Michelle Muench, otherwise known as “The Banana Blondie,” is a hot mama, vegan, and yoga instructor. She’s been practicing yoga since 2000 and passionately teaching about the many benefits it brought her since 2005.
She has scoliosis, resulting in terrible back pain and, after trying everything else, yoga was the one thing that seemed to make a difference. At first, she didn’t love it, but when her back pain went away she stuck it out and found its groove. She talks about falling into yoga, becoming vegan, and how to cope when the rest of your family still eats meat.

You know that feeling when you wake up in the morning and, even though nothing is really different from the day before, you feel low? You’re probably in a dip.
Your first instinct may be to question it, even fight against it. Instead, we should learn to get comfortable with life’s dips; because dips are an important part of growth. We don’t have to stay down or try to snap ourselves out of it. When we understand that it’s all a part of the process, we can just embrace it.

Penn and Kim Holderness have exploded into virtual stardom due to their incredible talent. They’ve become full-time influencers and recently released a book called “Everybody Fights: So Why Not Get Better At It.”
The Holderness family could never have guessed they would become a family of influencers — they didn’t even know that was a thing you could do. When a video they put out just for family and friends took a viral turn, it still took two years for them to realize they could do it full-time and it quickly became the best possible path they could take.
We talk about the challenges of creating content, being open about anxiety and depression, growing up as the child of a pastor, and learning how to fight better.
