Jeff Hairston is a family man, strength coach, and traditional bowhunter. While he was raised in a hunting family, grown-up obligations such as career and raising a family of his own took him out of the field for some time. Jeff picked up the traditional bow only a few years ago, and really dove deep! He just returned from a hunting trip among friends and mentors in South Africa.
