The Cincinnati Reds fell to the Atlanta Braves 4-2 in the inaugural MLB Speedway Classic in Bristol, TN. After weather halted Saturday night's action, the game resumed Sunday with Brent Suter taking over for Chase Burns, but Suter surrendered a crucial three-run homer to Eli White that gave the Braves a lead they wouldn’t relinquish. The Reds struggled offensively, going just 1-for-8 with runners in scoring position and leaving 12 men on base. Despite multiple chances, they couldn’t come up with the big hit when it mattered most.
