In this episode, we return to the very first piece of music Tim created in the 40 Days of Something To Comfort You series of FB Lives back on March 15. It's an adaptation of a song he uses during one of his keynotes, and one of his favorite music therapy sessions. It's based on the Parable of the Zen Farmer. The bass melody that comes in first is the actually melody of the chorus, "Frame it anyway you like... it's always your choice... to see things just how you need."

In this episode Tim writes a gentle lullaby on his classical guitar inspired by the movie Coco. As a board certified music therapist, Tim has had COUNTLESS moments like the last scene in that movie, and this sonic landscape is Tim's impression of the love and warmth of that precious moment.
This is meant to comfort you.

In this episode, Tim shares a very special musical meditation and explains that there are two types of meditations that were created in the 40 Days of FB Lives... music to uplift you (upbeat, sometimes even exhilarating), and music to comfort you (slow, gentle lullabies).
This is music to uplift you.
