When we learn to listen to our bodies it trumps all other diets and fitness plans... movement is a way of life and it changes all the time. You will also hear commentaries from Duke himself :)

This is just a fly on the wall perspective of how Duke and I interact every morning... his reaction comes after about 10 seconds so wait for it.
