It’s probably the biggest slower-down for your dreams.  Every time you go back and rehash the thing that went wrong, the person who wasn’t kind, the wrong turns, the hurt feelings, and anything else that steels from your forward movement- ESPECIALLY WHEN IT’S TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE - you are dragging yourself down. Of course, we all need to work through deep wounds and traumas but there are times when we become stuck in our story.  It’s time to move forward and today’s episode can bring to your awareness what stories need to stop being spread all around and what you can do to move into a reframe of what happened to empower you for your present life and future creations.
