This week, we're continuing to look at Trump's first 100 days - are we really only halfway through? We wonder if we're on the brink of another dramatic TikTok ban, and if Trump is having his "Daddy I can change him!" moment with his main squeeze Vladimir Putin. We're also joined by relationship coach Kim Polinder, who shares insights on relationship dynamics and the most common conflicts faced by couples. Kim gives a number of great insights, and emphasizes better frameworks for couples to use to navigate conflict and address resentments rather than letting them stack up. Kim also helps us understand our own attachment styles (we've got some avoidants on this panel, is anyone shocked?). We also discuss the role politics and family can play in relationship conflicts, and whether all the buzz-worthy relationship advice on social media is helpful or not.
And in this week's edition of After Dark: Part 2 of our red flags discussion. What red flags have we seen in relationships, and what red flags are our friends navigating right now? Sorry yo, but if your new SO is spending a lot of time with an ex, that is a big red flag! If we notice red flags with new people our friends are dating, when does it reach the point where something needs to be said?
