This week, my guest is Kenda Sheriff, one of the authors of Soul Rising: Guidance for Navigating Your Spiritual Awakening. In 2017, Kenda followed her inner compass and began dipping her toe into the world of inner healing. 

While looking for a life coach to counter the anxiety she felt as a mom to two young boys - one born with a rare genetic disorder -  she was surprised to discover that she had accidentally signed up for a Shamanic Apprenticeship training!
