In this week's episode of "The Discover Strength Podcast" I sat down with Senior Exercise Physiologist Maria Hauger, from our North East Minneapolis location.
Maria and I discuss a topic that everyone seems to be interested in. How to burn more calories! Specifically we look at metabolism, energy expenditure and exercise. We dive in to what the research has to say about using resistance training as an effective modality for fat loss. We also dismiss some of the common myths, primarily that traditional "cardio" is a good way to lose fat.
