It's no secret that most men are very familiar with their body parts and how things work from a very young age.  For the women, it's not always so obvious.  While we do have some external genitals that make up the vulva, the parts of ourselves that lead to the most common type of orgasm are more mysterious, and not so obvious to find.  

In today's episode, we are going to dive into some much needed sex ed, and will discuss some of the key points that were left out the reproductive-focused elementary education that most of us received when we were younger.  This is a clean and classy version, where we explore how male parts mirror female parts, and that they look different and are rearranged accordingly.  Marriage is the most appropriate and most perfect time to explore this side of ourselves, alongside a spouse who is trustworthy and committed.

And this episode would not be complete without a clear discussion of the mysterious clitoris, as we clearly define where to find it, how to unveil it, and the distinction in the number of its nerve endings  compared to the penis.  Women are meant to feel pleasure, and this episode will help both husbands and wives work towards a more educated and balanced goal.

Blame is such a natural human response when things are not going well.  It is the easy way out.  When we blame, we feel better temporarily, and then move on to blame again when that feeling wears off.  This will keep us trapped and will keep us feeling like a victim in our own lives.  Not only can this can happen in our marriage, but it can also happen in any or all other aspects of our lives.  

When we keep ourselves the victim, we wait around for other people to solve our problems, which means we will wait around for a long time, getting more and more frustrated along the way.  In today's episode, we will dive into this topic and explore how a lot of advice out in the world suggests we just blame the different cultures we grew up with and perhaps just walking away from those cultures when a challenge comes up for us adults.  

But running away from anything that we view as challenging instead of learning the skills to handle our challenges just keeps us in a constant cycle of running away and escaping.  But we will offer a new perspective, with 4 tips that will not only allow you to stay surrounded by the cultures that blessed your life but also make you stronger during the process.

But here is the secret sauce:  the more time you spend planning the romantic experiences you want to enjoy, the more you look forward to them... igniting a natural desire within you to want to be closer to your spouse!

Most of us have probably heard of the term "lip service," where the right things are said that are nice or flattering, but then there aren't any actions to back those words up.  This shows up in marriage sometimes, when a spouse might say something in hopes to keep the peace or in hopes to keep their spouse from reacting.

The problem that eventually comes from doing this over time is that a resentment is often building up inside, as the spouse that is providing the lip service is kind of bottling up their true emotions.  This may seem very noble in our minds to do this, but it can lead us to developing a habit of not being totally honest with ourselves or our spouse.  This takes away from deeper intimacy, where we can really express our true thoughts and emotions.

Today we will discuss the differences between hallucinations and delusions, both of which our son suffers.  We discuss natural defense mechanisms that don't work and some that help keep things steady.  And finally, we will discuss some of the things that really help us get through it keeping our love in tact.

Have you ever felt like your spouse wasn't giving you the respect you felt you deserved?  Well, you're not alone.  I think it's safe to say that most married couples have probably felt this at different times in their relationship.  The challenge we face is what happens when we start to feel like we aren't respected, and when we turn to tactics that end up costing us the very respect we are seeking.

When we are feeling disrespected, some other emotions will usually come along with it, like anger or sadness, as well as a very strong desire to ease our discomfort and correct the situation as quickly as possible.  When we want to feel better, our desperate drive to change our circumstance will often lead us to controlling tactics, where we may attempt to control the behavior of our spouse (or others), demanding that they give us the respect we are longing for. 

But let's be real.  These attempts may gain us some compliance, and may look like respect on the outside, but it won't be real respect.  It will be fake, and will often lead to a feeling of resentment on the inside.  So let's take a different approach as we realign ourselves with our own values, using more mature skills... ones that give us respect for ourselves first.  Being able to free up our precious mind space in this way can allow us to improve the environment for the betterment of all those around us.  Now that is something to be respected.
