Season 2 Episode #47. Not Me, But You! Podcast. This is part two of "Retire on MSTY." Thank you for all of the downloads. MSTY is an ETF that pays an "extremely" high dividend. It uses a covered call option strategy to achieve a yearly dividend payment of over $30 PER SHARE. If you had invested $21K then you would own at least 875 shares. Take 875 times the May monthly dividend payment that was $2.37/share and you get $2,073.75 for the MONTH of May. And then you will get another monthly dividend in June, and again in July, and again in August and again in Septemeber, etc. I LOVE monthly dividend assets. They pay me CASH FLOW>

For most people who HAVE money problems, they most likely have a cash flow problem. So if you can find ways to increase your monthly cash flow, life gets easier rather quickly.

Do three basic things: 1) Buy/hold Bitcoin. Don't sell it. "Save your money" in Bitcoin. 2) Buy/hold true high yield ETF's/Stocks/Closed end funds (like MSTY for instance). 3) Sell simple option contracts by pushing button on your phone, for monthly cash flow. Sell cash secured puts and sell covered calls.

Read the book, "The Big Print" by Lawrence Leppard. I use Charles Schwab to buy my stocks. They are not a sponsor of this podcast although I am open to speaking with someone from Charles Schwab about them becoming a sponsor of this podcast. Please contact me! Thank you

Another reason I like MSTY is because it is affordable (less than $25 per share). Compare this to ONE share of Microsoft or Home Depot that will cost you over $400 per share for Microsoft and $370 for ONE share of Home Depot stock. So you can stack shares of MSTY FASTER and for the same money you would have invested in Home Depot or Microsoft.

Most people work their entire lives....to get cash flow. That is what you monthly pension check, you monthly social security check etc. They are ALL cash flow.

Important reminder: financial planners (money managers) they get PAID by you by charging you a fee! They make MOST of their money charging their clients FEES. They do NOT make most of their yearly income by investing in the same products they tell you to invest in! Isn't that interesting and illuminating!

Do "mirrored trades" meaning buy/hold high yield assets in three places: 1) Your regular brokerage account. 2) Your traditional IRA (grows tax DEFERRED) . 3) Your Roth IRA (grows tax FREE!).

Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams.

I'm not a financial advisor. This podcast is for education/entertainment purposes only. You will need to do your own research and accept responsibility for the results of any money you choose to invest. I love using Schwab.com to buy/sell stocks/ETF's/closed end funds/options. Schwab has a very user friendly app/website and their customer service is excellent. I can easily get to speak to a human being whenever I have questions.
