Season 2, Episode 61. I cover another very popular ETF in this episode, ULTY. 

You can use this financial tool to help you retire. But remember that dividend investing is a game of rotation- such as taking profits/cash flow and rotating that money into less riskly assets.

ULTY pays a WEEKLY dividend and the share price is VERY afforable (especially when compared to Magnificent 7 stock prices for just one share of stock). 

Build your cash flow "machine" first. Then take your profits (cash flow) and use some of that money to buy more expensive stocks and put some money into Bitcoin too. 

Long term stock holds for me are: TESLA and MSTR. I believe these stocks will be $2,000 per share in the next 8 to 10 years! 

Do what wealthy people do... buy/hold assets INSIDE of your 3 accounts: regular brokerage account, Traditional IRA, and Roth IRA. 

If you are NOT already a millionaire, then your goal should be wealth ACCUMULATION. Millionaires are playing a different game because they are already wealthy. They invest for wealth PRESERVATION. So they take less risks. But it's very difficult to BECOME rich UNLESS you are willing to accept some risk! 

If you use some of your dividend payments to invest in ADDITIONAL shares of ULTY, then by doing that, you are LOWERING your overall COST per share! You used money you got for "free" to purchase these additional shares. So your "cost basis" is ZERO for those shares you used dividend money to purchase! 

Bitcoin is the MOST valuable cryptocurrency because it has a LIMITED supply. Anyone who invested in Bitcoin and HELD it for at least 4 years, NEVER lost money! Go view a chart online. Type in "Bitcoin historical price" and look at the overall trend of the price every 4 years! 

Look around your home and consider selling some stuff you have not used in the last 6 months/year. Turn it into cash and then INVEST that cash to help create cash flow. Once you have enough cash flow, you can purchase again anything you previously owned!
