What is a Shim Score? It is scoring system based on 5 questions.  It is also known as an International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF).  It is based on 5 questions and each answer is scored 1-5 with 5 being best and 1 being the worst of the options. The scale is 5-25 with 25 being normal and hard erections. See below and take the test for yourself.
