In our first hour this Wednesday, we chat about Jack Smith's resurrected federal case against President Trump -- and Reagan (which has a premiere event in Short Pump tonight).
In our second hour this morning, we discuss the 2024 Trump Campaign/Presidential Race -- and revisit the subject of the Arlington National Cemetery monument, Reconciliation.
In our third hour, John continues his series of interviews of Southwest Virginia officials -- and we get a review of Reagan from Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares! (Plus, our look into the financial markets, of course.)
In our final hour, we replay John's recorded interview with Reagan star Dennis Quaid -- and look ahead to the home stretch of the 2024 campaign season.
While John was in Illinois last week for the Democrat National Convention, he made a detour from Chicago to Dixon --boyhood home of President Ronald Reagan, and location of the worldwide premiere of the biopic Reagan! There, John had the chance to catch up for a brief interview with the film's star -- Dennis Quaid! Here is their exchange.
Atop the 7 o'clock hour, we hear from someone whom John encountered thanks to President Trump's rally earlier this summer in Chesapeake: political activist Darnella Moore. John and Darnella discuss why she, a woman of color, supports President Trump -- as well as why she thinks people of color generally should support (and increasingly are endorsing) Donald Trump.
In our 7:30 half hour, we check in with our good friend Dr. Ann McLean, Vice Chair of The Virginia Council. John and Ann discuss what they assert is a concerted effort to eradicate American culture and traditions. (John and Ann do take solace in the fact that individuals have filed Amicus Briefs in court for the sake of sparing Reconciliation from removal from Arlington National Cemetery.)
Atop the 8 o'clock hour, we talk to former State Senator Bill Carrico -- who is now the Executive Director for Virginia's State Police Association. John and Bill discuss the Southwest Virginia region that he represented in the State Senate -- and talk about what Virginia and America both need in public officials ("leaders, not politicians").
In our 8:30 half hour, we hear from none other than Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares -- who has been and will continue serving as Master of Ceremonies for various premiere events for Reagan around the Old Dominion. John and the AG talk about the film (which Jason has already seen at this point, of course), as well as about tonight's event in Short Pump.
Happy Tuesday, fam! On today's show, we discuss Tulsi Gabbard's endorsement of President Trump yesterday. Additionally, we cover the 2024 Presidential Race in general, addressing a stategy for victory for Donald Trump and legal efforts to secure the election from fraudulent votes. Furthermore, John continues to focus attention on Southwest Virginia (where he remains this week), and we celebrate "Giving Tuesday." Enjoy!
