Currently Robin is the pitching coach for the University of Iowa. However, just this past season (2019) he served as the hitting coach. From 2002-2018 he was the associate professor in the Department of Kinesiology at UNI from 2002-2018. Robin taught anatomy and ran a biomechanics lab at UNI. Since Robin has a deep understanding of how the body works and takes full advantage of the current technology on the market. This has allowed him to develop players at a faster rate.
