July 14, 2025 Affected by Altitude Episode 171: After a first half like that, we need a Holliday.
The first half of the 2025 Colorado Rockies season is finally, mercifully over. The Rockies finish the half with the most losses before the All-Star break in the modern era, and a whole messy bunch of things to be worried about when it comes to the future of the organization. However, Skyler and Evan are prepared for a much needed Holliday after all of that, and the Rockies were happy to oblige in the first round of the draft with the fourth overall pick!

July 07, 2025 Affected by Altitude Episode 170: The All-Star Game could use a Good Man
This week, Skyler and Evan discuss the Colorado Rockies' lone All-Star in catcher Hunter Goodman, a just reward for the fantastic season he's having behind the plate despite all the troubles plaguing the team. Meanwhile, the Rockies' outfield is very different from what we expected coming into spring training. Finally, the Washington Nationals surprised everyone by firing their manager and general manager only one week before the draft. What lesson should the Rockies take away from that?

June 23, 2025 Affected by Altitude Episode 168: Actually Watchable Rockies Baseball!
This week, Evan and Skyler are back to discuss the Colorado Rockies playing some arguably solid baseball in month of June. Hanging tough in games, winning a few, taking better at-bats, and hitting more home runs, the Rockies have been watchable and even kind of fun compared to April and May. How much of this can be attributed to Warren Schaeffer taking over for Bud Black? We finish things out by discussing comments from within the organization, such as those from Charlie Monfort, and how the Rockies need to keep learning and changing.

June 09, 2025 Affected by Altitude Episode 167: The More Things Change, the More They Stay the Same
This week, Evan and Skyler discuss yet another massive roster shuffle as Jacob Stallings is released, Ezequiel Tovar heads back to the IL, and top infield prospect Ryan Ritter is called up to take his place. Then it's time to talk about how the Colorado Rockies swept the Miami Marlins to the delight of all... until you remember this is still a bad team that was promptly put in their place the following series. We round things out by discussing Hunter Goodman, Jake Bird, and Rockies All-Star candidacy.
