Born in Puglia, Southern Italy, Rosy Scatigna (Bar Morris) grew up enjoying the simple yet rich traditional cooking of her mother and grandma. She always loved cooking, and after finishing a law degree decided to follow her heart, and train to become a chef. After working in some of the best restaurants in Milan, London and Sydney she is now in her first head chef role where she is combining her skills, heritage and traditional Italian techniques to deliver something unique for Sydney.
