BEST OF compilation of the rare moments when Karl Pilkington laughs, chuckles, giggles, and chortles. During The Ricky Gervais Show's run on XFM in the early 2000s, Karl Pilkington rarely laughed, even while saying some of the most ridiculous things imaginable. But every so often, Karl would laugh, whether because he realized his own absurdity, or Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant had said something so hilarious that he simply couldn't contain himself. In these precious moments, Karl's laughter really is infectious. Enjoy!

BEST OF compilation of WHITE VAN KARL, one of the most memorable features of The Ricky Gervais Show's run on XFM in the early 2000s. Stephen Merchant and Ricky Gervais ask their "producer," Karl Pilkington, the questions that the Sun asks someone else in their White Van Man section, where a member of the public is asked their opinions on the week’s big political and social hot potatoes. Essentially, the Sun's White Van Man provides the "average Joe" perspective on the week’s big stories. Similarly, WHITE VAN KARL provides an avenue to explore Karl's unique perspective on political issues and current events. Some of the greatest moments on the XFM show; e.g., MAN MOTH, HORSE IN THE HOUSE, etc., came out of this feature. This BEST OF compilation is based on the 2-part compilation of WHITE VAN KARL released previously on the channel.

BEST OF compilation of the acclaimed, KNOB NEWS, the phallic feature in which Ricky Gervais, Stephen Merchant, and Karl Pilkington opine on the day's biggest penile headlines.

BEST OF compilation of Ricky Gervais' funniest impressions, comedic characters, voices, and accents from The Ricky Gervais Show on XFM. His sidekicks, Stephen Merchant and Karl Pilkington, are dumbfounded by the fact that their best friend, Ricky "The Pasty" Gervais, is a world-class impressionist. ENJOY!

PART 2 of a 2-part BEST OF compilation of Karl's pseudo-educational feature, EDUCATING RICKY, which is a play on words based on the film, Educating Rita. Karl brings in a few ridiculous topics each week and teases his co-hosts, Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant, with catchy headlines meant to sum up the topic, usually in the form of a stupid pun. Karl typically reads out the headlines, and lets Ricky and Steve react to them. After Karl is reprimanded for his idiocy, a topic is chosen and Karl proceeds to expound on it in a comical manner. Ricky usually cackles wildly and/or becomes enraged by the utter inanity and falsity of Karl's bogus story.

PART 2 of a 2-part BEST OF compilation of one of Karl Pilkington's most beloved features, MONKEY NEWS. Monkeys are near and dear to Karl's simian heart. He spent much of his time during the XFM years sitting at home, looking up spurious monkey facts on the Internet. He would then share this unreliable monkey-related drivel with his two best friends, Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant, who, over time, became increasingly irate at Karl's evermore outlandish monkey musings. This BEST OF compilation is based on the comprehensive 4-part MONKEY NEWS compilation released previously on this channel.
