Could Florida State officially declare their exit from the ACC this month? Another CFB personality claims Florida State could make some sort of move on July 13th. But what can really happen this month? The ACC and FSU seem nowhere near a settlement or a court ruling. It seems impossible that FSU could announce they are accepting a bid to a different conference without confirming tampering. Could something this big happen so quickly?
