This episode is a clip from a Facebook LIVE where Tina dives deep into how she has been a runner for 16 years and what specific things she has done that ensure she will continue to run as long as her body allows her! If you want to run for more than just one training cycle... if you want running to be something you learn to love and enjoy... this is a must listen!
Listen along while Tina shares a HUGE A-HA moment that happened when she took her 8 year old on a few runs with her as she attempt to train for her first ever 5k. Tina's daughter is a self-proclaimed "Run-HATER." She always expressed a HUGE disinterest in running. It wasn't until Tina convinced her that she would have SO much fun running her own races and that it IS doable without feeling impossible, that her daughter decided to give it a try. Just like Tina's runners when they first take on their running journey, Tina's daughter was shocked at how doable it really was to get started. Dare I even say, she's starting to become "hooked" and ACTUALLY look forward to her runs with her mom. What a GIFT running is to all of us.
