My story is nothing special. I am a 29 year old, later in life Christian, wife, mom and Corporate America slave turned stay at home mom turned health and wellness coach who fell in love with the personal development part of her work. I've spent  the majority of my twenties figuring out how to turn shame, guilt & self - hatred into self awareness, acceptance & love. God has shown me that sharing our mess could mean eternity for someone else. We are all connected. My story isn't special,
