In order to mature as a believer, it helps to have someone watch for us; and, of course, we need to watch for one another so that no one becomes isolated and left to "go it alone." We need the security of being nurtured in the faith, plus a healthy understanding of repentance so that authentic Christian living can be possible. God's love, and the love of others invested in and watching for us, helps develop lives that tell a story . . . revealed in words and deeds . . . honest and open . . . inside and out.

We are living in the End Times.

May 15, 1948 was a pivotal point in the Bible. The Jewish state was born in a single day, just as the prophet Isaiah foretold in Isaiah 66:8. This was the historical and official re-emergence of the Nation of Israel as a State after 2000 years in exile, and it sets the stage for all other prophecies about the End Times.

The double-minded man can't receive very well—his instability isolates him. If allowed to govern, that instability becomes contagious, resulting in poor leadership and low creativity.

Practically and spiritually, the most destructive consequence of a double-minded leader is that God-given authority is sacrificed for convenience resulting in a bottom-line, clear as a bell message that "weakness in leaders is okay."

In the Bible individuals received miracles, deliverance, all kinds of breakthrough and healing because they placed a demand on who they believed Jesus to be – the Messiah of Israel. Following that example and pattern, every Believer carries a God given anointing consistent with a supernatural outcome including a manifestation of God's power for what the need is at any given time.

You and I "place a demand" when we recognize God's Presence in the life of that person and ask / believe God to minister to us, THROUGH them.

Certainly, it's not them. It is God. Attacks on the home and the homeland—in any place disturbing and upsetting the peace—we should recognize are demonic in nature. By demonic, I mean demon-inspired. Satan comes to… steal, kill, destroy. We have an enemy: an intruder, interloper, usurper and thief. God's Word authorizes that we HAVE AUTHORITY over all of these.

We take up spiritual weapons to RESIST every enemies that intends to steal.
